GoAccel (“GoAccel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our websites, create an account, or use our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1) Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

A. Information You Provide

  • Account and contact information: name, business name, email address, phone number, address, and job title

  • Credentials: username, password, or other authentication details

  • Billing details: subscription information and payment-related data. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors; we generally do not store full payment card numbers.

  • Support and communications: messages, emails, chat transcripts, call notes, and other communications with us

  • Customer Data and content: information and content you upload, import, or create within the Services, such as contacts, notes, tasks, files, messages, and campaign content

  • Messaging consent information: SMS/text messaging opt-in records, consent status, opt-out requests, communication preferences, and related records

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, and referring URLs

  • Log and diagnostic data: error logs, system activity, and performance data

  • Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 8

C. Information From Third Parties

  • Integrations you connect: data shared from third-party services you authorize, including Google services and other connected calendars, email providers, advertising platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and third-party integrations

  • Service providers and partners: information provided by analytics, hosting, payment, communications, and other service providers

  • Enrichment or data providers: where enabled, information returned by third-party data sources based on your configuration, requests, and applicable permissions

2) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services

  • Create and manage accounts and authenticate users

  • Process subscriptions, billing, and payments

  • Provide support, troubleshooting, and customer service

  • Send service-related communications, including security alerts, confirmations, and product or account updates

  • Provide telephone, SMS/text messaging, email, and other communications functionality

  • Maintain records of consent, opt-outs, suppression requests, and communication preferences

  • Monitor, detect, and help prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, and security incidents

  • Measure usage and improve performance and user experience

  • Provide integrations, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and other functionality requested by users

  • Market our Services where permitted by applicable law and applicable consent requirements; users may opt out of marketing communications

3) Messaging, Communications, and Compliance Logging

Some features of the Services may enable communications such as email, telephone calls, and SMS/text messaging (“Messaging”).

To operate these features, we may process and store Messaging-related data, including:

  • Sender and recipient information

  • Message content created or sent through the Services

  • Call and communication-related information

  • Delivery status and timestamps

  • SMS opt-in and consent records

  • Opt-out events, such as STOP requests

  • Related metadata

  • Compliance and audit logs where reasonably necessary

We may use this information to provide Messaging functionality, troubleshoot delivery or communication issues, maintain suppression and opt-out lists, document consent, enforce our Terms, protect the Services, and comply with applicable legal, carrier, telecommunications, or service-provider requirements.

A. SMS/Mobile Information

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, consent records, and related messaging information collected by GoAccel will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share mobile information with service providers that assist us in delivering SMS/text messaging, telecommunications, customer support, platform functionality, security, compliance, or related services, but only as necessary for those providers to perform services on our behalf.

If you consent to receive SMS/text messages from GoAccel, message frequency may vary depending on your relationship with us and the services or communications you request. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving further text messages. You may reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using GoAccel products or services.

Where SMS consent is obtained through a web form, consent must be actively provided by the user and is not pre-selected by default. Where consent is obtained verbally, GoAccel may document the date, time, method, and scope of the consent provided.

4) How We Share Information

We may share information:

  • With service providers that help us operate the Services, including hosting, analytics, payment processing, communications, customer support, data processing, and infrastructure providers

  • With integrations you choose to connect, at your direction and subject to the permissions you authorize

  • For legal and safety purposes, including complying with applicable law or lawful requests, protecting rights and property, preventing fraud or abuse, and protecting users or the Services

  • During business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets

  • With your consent or at your instruction

We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of the word. Where applicable law defines “sale” or “sharing” more broadly, you may have additional rights as described in this Privacy Policy.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

5) Google User Data and OAuth Permissions

GoAccel allows users to connect certain Google services to the GoAccel platform through Google OAuth. When you choose to connect a Google account, GoAccel requests only the permissions necessary to provide the Google-connected features and integrations you select.

A. Google Data We Access

Depending on the Google service you connect and the permissions you authorize, GoAccel may access basic Google account information and data associated with the applicable Google service.

For the Google Ads integration, GoAccel may access authorized Google Ads account and campaign information, including advertising performance data such as impressions, clicks, costs, conversions, and related campaign metrics. This information is used to provide Google Ads reporting, analytics, attribution, and related functionality within GoAccel.

The current Google Ads integration provides read-only reporting and analytics functionality and does not create, modify, or delete Google Ads campaigns through the Google Ads API.

For other Google integrations enabled within GoAccel, we access only the Google data necessary to provide the specific functionality authorized by the user.

GoAccel only accesses Google user data that you authorize through Google’s OAuth consent process and subject to the permissions associated with your Google account.

B. How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used only as necessary to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and support the Google-connected functionality requested by the user.

This may include:

  • Displaying authorized Google information within GoAccel

  • Synchronizing permitted information between Google and GoAccel

  • Providing reporting, analytics, and attribution

  • Supporting user-requested workflows and automations

  • Providing functionality initiated or requested by the user

  • Maintaining, securing, and troubleshooting Google integrations

GoAccel does not sell Google user data or use Google user data for advertising unrelated to the functionality requested by the user.

C. Artificial Intelligence and Google User Data

GoAccel does not use Google user data obtained through Google OAuth or Google APIs to create, train, develop, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Where an AI-powered GoAccel feature processes authorized Google user data at the direction of a user, that processing is limited to providing the requested user-facing functionality and is not used by GoAccel for generalized AI or machine-learning model training.

GoAccel does not permit third-party AI service providers processing Google user data on our behalf to use that data to train or improve their generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

D. Sharing and Transfer of Google User Data

GoAccel does not sell Google user data.

We only share or transfer Google user data when necessary to provide or support Google-connected functionality requested by the user, maintain the security and operation of the Services, comply with applicable law, complete an authorized business transfer, or as otherwise permitted under the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Service providers that process Google user data on behalf of GoAccel are permitted to process that information only as necessary to provide their services to GoAccel and are subject to applicable confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations.

E. Retention, Revocation, and Deletion of Google User Data

GoAccel retains Google user data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable integration or user-requested functionality and to satisfy legitimate security, legal, and compliance requirements.

Users may disconnect a Google integration through GoAccel where that functionality is available or revoke GoAccel’s access through their Google Account permissions.

Users may also request deletion of applicable Google user data maintained by GoAccel by contacting us using the information provided in Section 14 of this Privacy Policy.

Revoking Google authorization prevents GoAccel from obtaining additional Google user data through the revoked authorization. Certain information may be retained where required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, or otherwise permitted under applicable law and Google’s policies.

F. Google API Services User Data Policy

GoAccel’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6) Communications Preferences and Opt-Out Rights

You may control certain communications from GoAccel.

For SMS/text messaging:

  • Reply STOP to opt out of future text messages

  • Reply HELP for assistance

  • Message frequency may vary

  • Message and data rates may apply

For marketing emails, you may use the unsubscribe link included in applicable communications.

Opting out of marketing communications does not necessarily prevent us from sending non-promotional communications that are necessary to provide requested Services, account notices, security alerts, or legally required communications.

7) Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and fulfill legitimate business purposes, including security, compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, communications compliance, and enforcement of agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it is processed, contractual requirements, and applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

We may retain SMS opt-in and opt-out records for compliance, auditing, dispute resolution, and suppression purposes even after other related account information is deleted.

8) Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Operate and secure the Services

  • Remember preferences and sessions

  • Analyze traffic and usage

  • Improve user experience and platform performance

  • Measure and improve marketing performance

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit the availability or functionality of some features.

9) Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10) Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Request access to certain personal information

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of certain information

  • Request a copy of certain personal information

  • Object to or restrict certain processing

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

  • Opt out of certain marketing communications

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in applicable communications or by contacting us.

You may opt out of SMS/text messaging by replying STOP.

Requests concerning Google user data may also be submitted using the contact information in Section 14.

11) Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 13 or under a higher minimum age where required by applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

12) International Transfers

If you access or use the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other locations where GoAccel or its service providers operate.

Where required, we take appropriate measures designed to protect personal information transferred across jurisdictions.

13) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, practices, technology, legal requirements, telecommunications requirements, carrier requirements, or other factors.

The Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was most recently updated. Where appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means.
